Marcus Jacobson was born and raised in Manhattan Beach California and has lived in Tempe Arizona since 2012. In High School he played football all four years and in his senior year, he was a CIF Champion in the state. During his time playing football he learned the importance of dedication, hard work, and discipline, which he has now brought into his career. Marcus brings 14 years of real estate experience and over 400 successful real estate transactions. His diverse background spans residential/commercial multifamily acquisitions, land development, and in construction, providing him with a well-rounded understanding of the real estate industry from both an ownership and operational perspective.

In addition to representing clients, Marcus has acted as a principal in multifamily investment acquisitions and land development projects, giving him firsthand experience in evaluating opportunities, managing risk, and creating value. His background in construction and value-add strategies enables him to identify potential where others may not, helping clients make informed decisions and maximize returns on their investments.
