David Cameron is a commercial real estate operator with more than two decades of experience across Los Angeles, San Diego, and the Phoenix MSA. David launched his career in Los Angeles sourcing and selling urban infill and land development. He then built a multifamily practice in San Diego and served as Multifamily Team Lead at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, a national commercial brokerage, where he oversaw the teams in its Scottsdale, San Diego, and Denver offices.

David is Founder & CEO of Knockwood Inc., a real estate operating and hospitality management company. Over the last 20 years, Knockwood has acquired more than 1,200 multifamily units across Arizona, 500 in San Diego, and roughly 2,300 in Sacramento. Current projects include a 44-unit assemblage in Old Town Scottsdale and a 26-unit property in Tempe, both being redeveloped as high-end multifamily townhomes.

He is a licensed Arizona agent with Solex CRE at KW Commercial, specializing in multifamily and retail investment sales statewide with further reach into California and other market service areas.
