Raised in Arizona, Kim Cox brings over a decade of real-world experience as a business owner and investor in the Phoenix metro area. Her path to real estate was built on years of firsthand involvement—leasing and managing three commercial spaces for her own retail business, negotiating directly with landlords, and reviewing detailed lease agreements long before ever becoming an agent.
In addition to her commercial experience, Kim has purchased, sold, and managed residential and rental properties, giving her a strong understanding of both sides of the transaction. From buildouts and lease reviews to investment properties and buy/sell contracts, Kim knows how to spot the details that matter and help clients avoid common pitfalls.
